Resort Policies

Resort Rules:

• Only registered guests are permitted inside cabins and on resort property.

• CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4:00 PM

We ask that you extend patience as cleaning may take slightly longer than normal during our peak season. We do our best to ensure your cabin is clean and sanitized so that you are as comfortable as possible during your stay with us. Early check-in may be available at an additional cost.

• CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 11:00 AM

Failure to vacate rented spaces by this time will result in a credit card charge for another night. Please be advised that another guest may be arriving after your departure.

• Campground quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Quiet hours also include the use of generators and loud music. If you are not compliant with our general rules, you may be asked to leave the premises.

• Children under the age of 18 are always to be supervised.

• Pets are NOT ALLOWED at the resort. We love fur babies, but we are not a pet-friendly resort. Please understand there is a non-refundable $200 charge to the credit card on file if a pet of any sort is brought on the property. Thank you for understanding.

• The speed limit throughout the resort is 5 MPH. It is strictly enforced to ensure guest safety. Speeding, racing revving of motors, spinning, doughnuts, climbing hills, driving recklessly, or while intoxicated at the resort is not permitted.

• Campfires are limited to fire pits only. Each cabin will be provided with complimentary firewood.

• Grills and/or camp stoves are not permitted on picnic tables, cabin porches or decks, or inside the cabins.

• We are a family-friendly resort and the consumption of alcohol is only allowed on individual cabin sites. Individuals must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. Open containers & alcohol consumption are not allowed in communal areas of the resort.

• Drive only on designated roadways. Machines and vehicles are NOT PERMITTED on the grass.

• All cabins are smoke-free. Please understand there is a non-refundable $200 charge to the credit card on file if you smoke inside any of the resort's cabins.

• The use of guns and other weapons are not permitted on the resort property.

• Fireworks are not permitted on the resort property.

• If any towels and/or linens are missing, damaged, or stained; replacement charges are as follows:

- Towel: $10
- Hand Towel: $7
- Wash Cloth: $5
- Sheet Set: $50
- Blanket: $40

• Cardholders hereby grant permission to River Road ATV Resort to collect for any charges such as, but not limited to damage, loss, surcharges, or excessive cleaning charges.

• River Road ATV Resort Staff is permitted to visit your cabin site at any time. If any of the resort rules or terms of this agreement have been violated, you may be asked to vacate your cabin without a refund.

Booking Information and Cancellation Policy:

• You must be at least the age of 18 years old to make a reservation at River Road ATV Resort. A valid US license is required prior to check-in. Only the person's name that reserved the site will be allowed to check in unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Deposit is equal to the average of total nights reserved, taxes, and booking fees.

• Rate does not include 6% Lodging Tax and 6% WV Sales Tax

• All reservations will be subject to a $5.00 online booking fee or a $10 over the phone booking fee.

• Any cancellation will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee per cabin. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in date, deposits will be refunded with a $35 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to check-in date, the reservation balance will be charged, unless the same cabin is re-rented for the same timeframe, then charges will be refunded with a $35 cancellation fee. There is a $10 fee each time you reschedule or make changes to your reservation and are subject to availability.

• Refunds will not be issued due to weather-replated events, no-shows, early-departure, illness, or other "acts of God".

• Failure to adhere to the rules and guidelines outlined on this page may result in you and your guests being asked to leave the premises.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

For and in consideration of being permitted by River Road ATV Resort to use its facilities and to participate in its recreational events and activities on behalf of myself and or the minor(s) by signing this form. I acknowledge that I and /or heirs executors administrators and assigns, voluntarily agree to release waive discharge hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the release parties which include River Road ATV Resort, its insurers, owners, agents, officers, employees, owners, parent, subsidiary or afflicted companies or division, predecessors, successors in interests and assigns from and against any and all claims made or brought by the undersigned person or minor(s) or by anyone on behalf of the undersigned person and or minor(s) for bodily injury, damage to property, wrongful death, loss of services or other claims which may arise out of use and/or the minors of the property or releasing discharging and waiving any claims that I and or the minor(s) may have presently or may have in the future for any negligent acts or other conduct of the released parties. This document shall be binding on the heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of myself and or the minor(s).
